Order Policy & Rush Guidelines
To ensure the highest quality and smoothest service, please provide advance notice when placing orders. This allows thoughtful preparation, broader menu availability, and an excellent event experience.
Notice Periods
- Small Bite Batch Orders: Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Big Impression Catering Orders: Please allow at least 72 hours’ notice.
Planning ahead ensures we can give your order the care it deserves.
Rush Orders
Life happens. If you place an order within 12 hours of your delivery or pickup time, we may be able to accommodate.
- Rush orders are subject to a Rush Fee of 20–25% of the order total or $35–$50 — whichever is greater.
- Rush orders aren’t guaranteed; we’ll confirm availability as soon as possible.
